"Hope is not what you say, it is what you do.”

Running quality programs even at the modest grass-roots level at which Sea Star Initiative operates is expensive. To help this program, most of us contribute our time as volunteers during the year. Some contribute goods or services. However, once yearly, we, like other private education programs, ask all our community to contribute funds, above and beyond our tuition and fees. Your gifts will help bridge the gap between the amount we receive in program fees and the amount it costs to run Sea Star.

Every dollar Sea Star receives will make a difference toward our mission of establishing a thriving Waldorf School for the South Florida community. The amount of your gift is far less important than your decision to join us in this very concrete way of showing how much we appreciate the hope Sea Star provides for our children and for us.

We are striving for 100% participation from our school community as well as a significant number of gifts from grandparents and friends. This is important because full participation in the Annual Giving campaign lets grant givers know that Sea Star is worthy of their support as well.
